Pru Gell

Pru began her facilitation, group process design, conflict transformation consultancy at 26. By then she was attuned to how we work, and be together, greatly shapes the depth and breadth of shifts and impact that a group or system can achieve. She is comfortable and experienced working with people from diverse walks of life and has worked with leaders (chairs, boards and senior) and people across a raft of sectors.

After half a lifetime engaged in and facilitating social change work, initiating Coming To Life is Pru’s way to be present with, attend to and honour what she cares about and loves. Pru has deep gratitude for all of the people, places, elements and relationships that guide life to turn towards healing and thriving in our complex times.

She is particularly thankful for the generous and patient learnings shared by First Peoples and especially Elaine Kngwarraye Peckham, Barbara Shaw, Deanella Mack and Yin Paradies. Pru hopes to be a good ancestor.
