Thaedra Frangos

Thaedra is grateful to live on Wadawurrung country with her family and is a proud Wemba Wemba (Gourrmjanyuk), Dhudhuroa (Theddora Mittung) and Greek descendant.

Thaedra is an accredited biodynamic craniosacral healing therapist, facilitator of embodied, creative movement workshops, Wayapa Wuurrk® earth mindfulness, somatic meditation and yoga and a movement artist and actor.

Thaedra facilitates individual healing sessions and bespoke experiences for a variety of audiences with an intention to support awareness of, and reverence for, the incredible wisdom of First Nations people in a contemporary context as a pathway to healing, presence, inspiration, connection, and creative expression.

In my life journey and as a creative movement artist, dancer and healer, I am inspired by how the story of our lives and that of our ancestors is woven into our connective tissue and into the landscape. We are literally shaped by our experiences and by those who have gone before us. Being on Country, inviting, listening and relating.

Present and ancestral stories are shared within body and the land.

We are the earth.

Thaedra holds an inviting container of deep listening and presence. She supports people to connect with their essence, to experience their innate health and wholeness, and to explore, through sensory experience of the body, their relationship with themselves, others and nature, facilitating healing.
